Key Ingredients:

These are the basis of any healthy smoothie. Those are ingredients that offer health benefits and physical wellbeing.

Yogurt:

It’s full of protein, calcium and very low in fat. We recommend the greek Yogurt or the low calorie.

Milk:

Another big source of protein, calcium and some other nutrients. Soy Milk and Almond Milk are very healthy.

Banana:

Source of potassium, vitamin B6 and many other nutrients. Help to sweeten and its a great combination for other ingredients.

Red Fruits:

Natural antioxidants full of Vitamin C, offer a lot of benefits to your health,, are sweet and always better when fresh.

Tea:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Before Exercising:

Strawberries - 1/2 cup
Banana - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Milk and ice - 1/2 cup

After Exercising:

Cinnamon - 1 pinch
Peanut - 1 spoon
Banana - 1/2 piece
Milk - 1/2 cup

Detox Smoothie

To Detox:

Lemon Juice - 2 small spoons

Ginger - 2 small spoons
Apple - 1 fruit
Pear - 1 fruit
Carrot Juice - 1 Carrot

Energetic Smooth:

Lime - 1 spoon
Honey - 1 small spoon
Pear - 1 fruit
Apple - 1 fruit
Spinach - 1 piece
Green tea - 1 1/2 cup
Mango Smoothie
